Benefits of flowing concrete for sub-floors
Sub-floors need to be flat and ridge free to allow insulation boards to lay flat to the floor. As flowing concrete gives a flat finish it is an ideal choice to make further floor build up easier.
As flowing concrete is self-compacting, this removes the need to poker/vibrate concrete to eliminate air pockets within the slab.
